I bought a ticket for an event
I bought a ticket for an event titled "The ultimate networking opportunity of the year" in Bonita Springs, FL MONTHS ago. Having purchased around 16-25 events this year due to my job in medical sales, I found myself laid off 3 months ago. I needed this event to secure a new job, but when I logged into the app, there was no ticket visible. I spent the morning from 9am trying to get help from the chatbot, then called several times throughout the day, leaving messages and speaking to two different representatives who were unhelpful. An hour and a half before the event, I yelled into the phone, "I NEED ASSISTANCE, GET ME A HUMAN, THE EVENT IS IN AN HOUR AND A HALF!!!" The man on the other end simply told me to repeat what I had already done. I missed the event and will never buy a ticket from these guys again.
