I completed the training on my phone

I completed the training on my phone. It was thorough and to the point, focusing on the key information. I took the quiz and scored 94%...not too bad! The session took about 1.5 hours. The info on food temperatures is definitely something you must be aware of if you work in any food-related job. While I already knew some of the temperature requirements, I was surprised at how fast bacteria can grow on certain foods. I will definitely be more cautious at buffet-style events in the future!

    The course presentation was decent

The course presentation was decent, but I think it could have included more details that were missing from the videos. For example, one question on my wife’s exam mentioned an oily smell in the dry food area, but this wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the course as a sign of cockroaches. A few other points could also be updated. We both passed, but some answers were just guesses because certain things weren’t explained.

I’m in the process of becoming a Postpartum Doula

I’m in the process of becoming a Postpartum Doula, so I thought it would be good to get my food handlers card to learn about proper food storage and preparation while making meals for my future clients. This course was really helpful, easy to understand, and it gives you hints on what the exam will be like. I strongly recommend getting your FHC through this program.

The course is simple and makes sense.

The course is simple and makes sense. The site works well and it's simple to move around. Cost was fair; I spent around 20USD for all of it. I got my food handler's card in under an hour! It's nice that the lessons include accessability and words on screen for those who can't hear.

I have been unable to get my employees through the proctored exam the screen blurs every time the proctor connects. After hours wasted with their tech support and no one will respond from management or customer service to rectify this. Do not use this site is a scam!
