    I contacted Drivesmart for a policy

    I contacted Drivesmart for a policy, but the next day I needed to cancel because of an unexpected issue with my finances. I called them, and without any trouble, they quickly processed the cancellation. The customer service team was really understanding and helpful. I truly appreciate their friendly and quick service. Whenever I'm ready to buy an extended warranty, I won't think twice about reaching out to them. They're great.

    The salesperson made me think the maintenance program

    The salesperson made me think the maintenance program lasted the whole warranty. When I tried to cancel, I got aggressive responses every time I called. The supervisor wasted my time trying to talk me out of canceling. When he finally agreed, he hung up when I asked about refunds and canceling with the financial company. Now I have to call them again. Customer service should've made sure everything was sorted, but they didn't seem to care. I'm glad I canceled. Why bother with a company that doesn't care about its customers?

    This insurance company is really frustrating.

    This insurance company is really frustrating. I've been trying to cancel my policy before it starts on 03/17, but every time I call customer service, they keep me on hold for hours and then just hang up on me. This happens every single time. I've even spoken to a supervisor or manager to explain that I want to cancel my policy, but it seems like they're not listening. I don't want this policy and I'm not going to pay for it. They're wasting my time and it's really disappointing. They shouldn't try to force me to accept a policy that I don't want. They need to cancel my policy right away.
