The company is good at listening

The company is good at listening and following simple instructions. The website could be improved, but it's simple enough that broken links hardly matter. They don't offer many ways to cope with behavior, but their service is extremely efficient. I give 5 stars because they resolved my two issues shockingly quickly with customer service and medical staff.

I'm grateful for DONE. I'm from Washington State where I never had an issue having my main doctor write my prescription. When I moved to Florida a couple of years ago, I couldn't find any doctor to write my prescription. That's when I did some research and found DONE online. The process was easy to set up an account and get my prescriptions.

I always felt I was different.

I always felt I was different. In my mid-fifties, my kids have ADHD/ADD, but I didn't seek treatment. I'm happy I did now. My provider at Done is great, confirmed I have ADD, and gave me resources and meds. Life doesn't have to be hard.

I needed my medicine refilled and the place I usualy go to didnt have it.. I started to worry it would take so long but it didnt and they got it done quick I would say and was very happy thank you !!!

This place is like the ADHD

This place is like the ADHD wizard – quickest and cheapest way to get diagnosed and snag some meds. Meeting with the counselor takes a couple of days, but after that, it's smooth sailing with just a bunch of messaging. Though, they could sprinkle some magic dust on that message interface to make it easier to follow. And oh, the login by phone number? A bit of a head-scratcher. But hey, in the realm of ADHD solutions, they're doing alright.

Done has a strong system for getting patients the care they need. Although I haven't used customer service, I see betterment in the doctor I was paired with and the service process. I got clear info on refills and follow-ups, which was useful. I recommend Done to anyone wanting simple, convenient care from home.

My first experience with Done in 2022 was very bad, and I thought they might be a scam. After my doctor retired and I lost my insurance, I decided to give them another chance. Since I was already on medication, they could continue my treatment. I had the same provider, and it seems that once you sign up, you can't change providers. He was alright, but getting everything sorted out was hard. I eventually needed to see a doctor in person. The Done provider suggested raising my morning dose because my meds wore off too soon. This made me feel like the morning dose was too high, and it still didn’t last until the end of the day. In the end, I went to see a doctor face-to-face to get things set right. I might consider using Done again in a pinch, but I would prefer an in-person doctor if I had the option.

I was hoping to get an increase, but now I don’t have a provider again. I would still recommend this program, but that’s the one thing that could be better.

You can spend a whole month just trying to get a response or your meds, and it feels like banging your head against a wall. Had an "urgent meeting" that felt more like a drama than a solution. Got a new provider who's a gem. Last week's session was great, but then they suggested a med change, and boom – radio silence. They even tried charging me again way too soon. Like, really? This level of chaos can't just be accidental. Feels like they're playing games. I'm waving the white flag and finding a new doc. Dealing with this stress just ain't worth it. And they want a response to this review? How about responding to my actual requests, huh? Insulting to pay for nada and be the one doing all the chasing. If you're dealing with ADHD, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Your time and money deserve better.

Man, talk about a head-scratcher. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze with loads of date and time options, even for rescheduling. But, when the provider finally showed up, they were fashionably late and skipped any real assessment. Instead, they just riffed off my pre-filled answers. Felt more like a therapy session gone wrong than anything else. No diagnosis, no prescription – just a $199 Zoom call that dug into my childhood trauma. And guess what? No notes, no follow-up, nada. My profile is as empty as my pockets now. Totally baffled and completely unhelpful.

Seriously, the headache I had with this company! I hit cancel on their services, but they just kept charging my credit card like it was no big deal. Trying to talk to them? A marathon. And get this – they can't send prescriptions to CVS, which happens to be the only place that has the meds I need. Classic. They're like, "Oh, just go to this online pharmacy that doesn't take insurance and pay full price." Ugh, thanks, but no thanks. Not the smoothest ride with these guys, that's for sure.

Ugh, dealing with USPS and getting your meds feels like jumping through hoops, right? Been there. Tried everything to get that package, but it's playing hide-and-seek. Even signed up for the Done membership, but no luck – USPS and Done are playing hard to get. It's frustrating when the only way to grab customer service's attention is by dropping a bad review bomb. Hopefully, they wake up and sort this mess out. Hang in there!
