I'm pleased with the samples I got. One vial was empty, which I noticed. I called customer service, and they quickly acknowledged the problem, saying they were out of the cologne. They mentioned a new shipment was coming and promised to send it without charges, maybe even a bigger sample. They've stayed in touch about it. They replied quickly and provided great service. I'll buy more from Decant House in the future.
