Thanks to everyone who helped make this purchase and experience way better than I expected. I know it takes a team, but two people really stepped up to keep things running super smooth and almost without any problems. Big thanks to Travis Kruck & Brian Horowitz for their great customer support, always ready to answer my questions before and after the sale and delivery. The art team also gets my thanks for adding special details to the custom design that really amazed me. I’m telling everyone I know that if they want to invest like this, they shouldn’t hesitate to use your team. THEY ARE VERY GOOD!!!! I’d give 10 stars if possible.

I'm really glad we went with Creative Arcade! We got a great arcade mashine that came loaded with tons of old-school games. It's just right for our vacation home in Palm Springs — they work in that area too. The support team has been great, and Mike was super helpful! I definetly think Creative Arcade is a smart choice for anyone needing one at home or work. We bought it on Amazon, it showed up fast and they set it up the right way. Had a little tech problem recently and they fixed it fast and it was under warrenty.

I bought 3 video arcade games for my man cave

I bought 3 video arcade games for my man cave, and really like these guys. I talked with Travis and another guy (I believe his name is Brian), and both were very helpful with all my questions before and after I got the game consoles. The delivery was quick and easy too. Now I'm thinking about getting the driving console (yes, maybe I have a problem and need a 11 step program to stop buying game consoles) Haha Anyway, I highly recomend these guys.

The sales team responded to all my queries quickly, and the delivery came in under 3 weeks. White glove delivery was decent, though I had to assist in getting it to the basement. I faced some tech issues with the pinball, but Sunbeam, the tech support guy, was really helpful and fixed it fast. Overall, it's been a solid experience with this company.

Incredible arcade machine that brought

Incredible arcade machine that brought back memories and was a hit with my kids. It arrived quickly and well-packaged. When I had a question about the games, I called their number. The customer service was great—they even did a FaceTime and showed me some tricks I didn't know (now I can use them when I play my boys!). Great experience overall!

Ordering and delivery were smooth

Ordering and delivery were smooth. It arrived before Christmas with white glove service. The delivery team brought the VR TR2 Pinball to my second floor and set it up. They ensured everything was working before leaving. I had a problem with the mechanical plunger, but tech support fixed it promptly. The customer service was great.

The virtual pinball machine is fantastic! Really solid construction. The racing machine is high quality, though the Logitech gear shifter doesn’t stay put. The Terminator machine with guns looks great, but the guns don’t work very well. 5 star machines for sure!

They were really helpful. Their systems worked great. We have two arcades at home. This is the third machine we’re getting from them now. The team is very friendly and caring. Also, the graphic design was amazing.

Creative Market is really good. When I need fonts or graphics, it's always reliable. But the prices can be a bit too much sometimes.

I had trouble downloading an image recently, but after contacting the artist, I got a fast reply. Her promptness was helpful since I was on a tight deadline. This isn’t always true, though; sometimes, artists don't respond, and the artwork goes unused. It would be nice to have a market messaging system for situations where there's no response from the artist.

Good buy so far! Asked questions via email, got replies within 24 hrs every time. Creative Arcades in California, got it in NY in 14 days! Really quick. Arcade came with no scratches, easy to assemble. Stools seem strong, even for a big guy like me. Some screws fell out, but not a big deal, still looking for where they go. Overall, good stuff.

I got this machine 3 years back.

I got this machine 3 years back. I've sent many emails to the maker and had to install game cards from China to fix issues in some games. But none worked. I still have major issues. Many games are not in English. About half work, half don't. It's fun when they do. Creative Arcades has been hard to deal with. If you want working games, better buy from a reputable seller.

I placed an order over two months ago

I placed an order over two months ago, and it still hasn't been shipped. I called about two weeks ago, and they said it would be shipped soon, but I still haven't received any updates. I'll wait another week and then decide what to do about getting a refund or return.

Don't trust them

I am beyond angry with this company. I bought a golden tee set for my husband via Affirm. After spending some thinking more, it just would not fit. I emailed Creative Arcades to cancel the shipment, which they did immediatley. They also said they will get in touch with Affirm to verify payment is not needed due to the returning it. Three months later.....countless emails sent, hours on the phone over $300 paid for something not in my possession with payment due on the 30th for another $150ish. I conacted Affirm, as requested by Creative Arcades multiple times. They have no records supporting the loan is paid off and I don't have proof other then the email that says its paid off and now my issue. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!

I bought a clip art hair salon from

I bought a clip art hair salon from Writelovely, specifically a single clip art featuring the phrase "Hair Salon" surrounded by approximately 14 different hair items. Unfortunately, the order did not meet my expectations as I received 14 separate hair items without the included phrase "Hair Salon." This format does not align with my presentation needs. Despite sending three emails via the Creative Market webpage to Writelovely, the designer has not responded, leaving me disappointed with the lack of communication.

Ordered a product over

Ordered a product over two months ago, and despite being informed it would ship out two weeks before, I've yet to receive any tracking or shipping details. Despite reaching out three times via email for updates, I've received no responses. My current lack of confidence in receiving the game machine prompts this review. Will update if there are any changes.
