I definitely recommend Ciocca to anyone searching for a new car. If you visit, be sure to ask for Danny Diaz. He will assist you in finding the right car and make sure you get the best price for your trade-in. I was happy when I saw that I was offered over $3,000 more for my trade-in compared to the other Honda dealers I visited. I can be very picky when it comes to buying things, but after seeing Danny’s knowledge and the friendly staff at Ciocca, I knew I made the right choice. A big thanks to you, Danny. Keep doing great work!

I purchased my first CRV from Ciocca

I purchased my first CRV from Ciocca in 2005 and just got a CRV Hybrid from them again. It's a good dealership. I worked with Baz, and the experience was smooth. He explained the features of the car in a clear way without being overbearing. I really liked that. I'm very happy with the vehicle!

They started out decent at first.

They started out decent at first. Things took a turn by the time we got the second car though. We ended up with two cars in one year, but with the second one, they messed up big time on the paperwork. We found ourselves going back and forth between PennDot and Ciocca, wasting gas and time. And by the way, Ciocca is over half an hour away from us, so each trip was a good hour out of our day. We had similar issues with the first car too – cracked windshield, multiple trips back and forth to get it sorted out. They gave us a rental, but when we returned it, they actually charged $15 for barely 3 gallons of gas. Honestly, it felt unfair. I’d suggest keeping an eye on your loan advisor too, just in case of any extra charges being slipped in. All the extra trips back and forth were beyond annoying, honestly could've been better off using a rideshare. Anyway, thanks to Nick and Danny, our first sales reps. You guys were great – and the reason for that second star.
