I’ve used CallonDoc several times for simple needs

I’ve used CallonDoc several times for simple needs and most recently for a weight loss med. The app has always worked fine, and I get a $20 credit on my birthday. I’ve never had a problem with my RX being sent to the pharmacy. I think how well things go might depend on where you live and the rules for telehealth there. My latest visit was for Wegovy, and the RX arrived just hours later. I booked the appointment early Monday, and by the evening it was at Kroger. The pharmacy was slow with the Prior Authorization, but for things like antibiotics or a cold, the process is easy. I use their website on my phone since I don’t like apps, so I can’t speak to how good the app is.

This is a really simple app to use. I mentioned my symptoms and within an hour, my pharmacy got in touch with me. Prescriptions were ready to go. I also think the fee is reasonable, much better than going to an urgent care center and waiting in a long line, especially with flu season in full swing. I haven’t spoken with the doctor yet, but I will next time if I need to. They responded to my messages fairly quickly. I’ve tried other online doctors, and this one has been the best. I saw some bad reviews, but those were probably from the busy holiday period. Thankfully, I had a great experience this time.

I was on vacation with my sick kid and needed antibiotics for him. I was able to get everything I needed without taking him to a clinic or hospital. It saved a lot of time and stress. I’m happy with the service and will definitely use it again if necessary.

I've enjoyed many good months of service!

I've enjoyed many good months of service! But this last time over the holiday was a bit off. What usually takes 2 hours has now stretched to 5 days and counting. Other reviews mention delays of 8 hours or a day during the holidays, so maybe I'm just unlucky. I've gotten the standard "super busy, please wait" email, and they offered to expedite, but nothing has happened yet. Hopefully, the wait won't go on much longer - they do charge up front.
