I contacted customer service about a polo, and got a response quickly. Really good customer service!

Ordered 5 hats, 4 fitted and 1 snap back. Hats are of good quality but run smaller compared to other brands. I have a large head (size 7 7/8 - 8) and usually, L/XL fitted hats from other brands fit well. However, all 4 fitted hats are a bit tight for me, making them uncomfortable, especially during long hours on the golf course. Tried stretching them with a hat stretcher, but they're still slightly small. The snap back fits okay, but only with the last "dot" pushed in, so those with heads larger than size 8 might have trouble fitting into any of the hats.

The shirts from this company are excellent and arrived promptly. However, there was an issue with the ball marker missing from the order. After contacting customer support, the wrong ball marker was sent a week later. Overall, the shirts are of high quality.

The shirt was a big hit with my father-in-law! However, being in his 50s, he prefers a more relaxed fit golf shirt, and this one was a bit snug for his taste. Despite the fit issue, the overall quality and appeal made it a winner in his wardrobe.

The product is good, no problems with that. But the fit isn't what I expected. I didn't realize the golf shirts are athletic cut, so mine doesn't fit me at all. I was hoping to buy more, but if they're all like this, I'll have to skip it.

Wish I knew about the deal sooner. Got a polo last Friday, then noticed there's a promo where you get a hat with it. I still had time before I needed the shirt, so I cud've waited to buy. Anyway, the shirt is great and I like it.
