Great products and wonderful customer support. Thanks a lot for your patience. I got my Full Knee Sleeve today and am really happy with it. Excited to test it out tomorrow. The delays, as expected, were with the USPS and not BodyHelix’s fault. Hope this was just a one-time issue with USPS trying out new Parcel Lockers here and doesn’t affect others. Apologies for my earlier review.

Caution to potential buyers. Unlike most paddle companies, there's no option to return the Body Helix X-3 PRO if it doesn't suit you. I relied on a few YouTube reviews and assumed a standard return policy within a certain timeframe, as is common with other paddle brands. Unfortunately, my oversight in not thoroughly checking their return policy led to a gamble on both the paddle and the company. Since I hadn't come across anyone using a Body Helix paddle before, I had no chance to test it out before making the purchase.
