I was upset that I had to pay for an extra rush delivery fee to get the item on time for my sister’s birthday. When I first placed the order, I made it clear that I would only go through with it if it could arrive on time. I was told it would. After I approved the work on the Bobblehead, I found out the salesperson was on vacation that week, which delayed the shipping. In the end, I had to pay the rush fee, but it still didn't arrive in time.
