I really like how simple bitvavo is to use.
I really like how simple bitvavo is to use. Rather than hiding important info in tiny print, they highlight key points clearly and make everything easy to find and open for everyone. The only problem I have, which is not their fault, is that my account will be closed soon because I’m involved in politics. This is because of PEP rules. Still, I wish they could wait to close it until I actually get a mandate, since right now I don’t have one.

I like that you can pay with EUR and there are many choices.
I like that you can pay with EUR and there are many choices. What annoys me is that unrealized profit and loss isn’t shown, so I don’t know if I’m winning or losing. I need to track it on my own. If you add that, it would be much bettr. A simple stat with average buy price, amount, and profit/loss would help a lot.

Het is wel oké, maar de gebruikersinterface is best lastig. Eerst krijg je in de browser een tab met een inlogscherm, en nadat je bent ingelogd, opent er weer een nieuwe tab, soms zelfs meerdere. Ook is het vervelend dat je niet standaard een komma kunt gebruiken als decimaalteken.

Gebruiksvriendelijk, snel en helder platform. Prijzen zijn redelijk en overzichtelijk. Ook fijn: je kunt makkelijk twee-factor-authenticatie (2FA) instellen via een app voor meer veiligheid. Mijn favoriete plek om crypto te kopen!

Het is een fijne platform, met cryptos die je niet vindt op grote exchanges. De klantenservice luistert goed en reageert snel, ze bieden hulp en houden alles goed in de gaten. Het enige minpunt is de kost van de orders, volgens mij veel te duur.
