Kraken has had quite a few problems recently. If you message them on Instagram with your ticket number, you might get some assistance. They ask you to verify your identity and complete all the steps within a given time, and keep sending requests until the issue is fixed. Hopefully, they will improve their customer service and make things easier for people again soon.

This company is completely incompetent. They don't respond to emails, they blocked my account, and won't give any reason. They won't give me any information on the crypto account that scammed me for 50 plus grand. Do not trust these people.
