Overal, great experiance

Overal, great experiance and I'm shure great products! I recieved my items in a very timely matter! One item was incorrect so I promptly sent an email. I was met with a very kind and quick response. The customer service rep, Clara, immediately put in an order for me for the correct item which was hugely appreciated!

I emailed customer service as soon as I placed an order and realized I needed to cancel it because I had ordered the wrong thing, and they took care of it within minutes! I appreciated that! I already went and placed the order for the item I originally meant to buy. Very satisfied with their customer service!

My items were good, but one, the floral headband, came in a bad shape and not done well. They did offer to send a new one, which was a relief. No hassle and quick delivery.

I purchased a beachwaver approximately a year ago, and my initial excitement upon receiving it was palpable. The first four months of usage were smooth sailing, with everything functioning seamlessly. However, my enthusiasm took a hit when the pin unexpectedly broke, hindering my ability to secure my hair within the clamp. Fortunately, fixing it was a simple task, and I encountered no further issues for a while. Regrettably, the déjà vu occurred, and the pin broke again. Despite successfully restoring it, a new problem emerged. Now, when I attempt to place my hair in the clamp, it effortlessly slides out, preventing the curler from rotating. Consequently, the beachwaver has become unusable. In summary, while the product initially appeared promising, its durability and longevity are questionable. It serves well for a brief period, but prolonged use seems to be a gamble with inevitable issues arising.

The product was great; however, it was sent with no packaging, only an address label on the box. This was a present for my daughter who saw the item.

Placed an order two weeks ago, but still no fulfillment. Supposed to be a birthday gift for tomorrow. Reached out to customer service, and apparently, my order was suspiciously on hold for fraud. Oddly, they didn't find it suspicious when charging my credit card. Why not just decline the order if they thought it was fraudulent? It's a questionable policy.
