Still no sign of it. I even shelled out extra for express shipping, but it's like they don't even care. Checked the order status a bunch of times, but it's stuck. I've ordered from 'em before without any trouble, but this whole not answering the phone and givin' me short replies feels kinda fishy, you know? It ain't really professional.

Upon opening, my doubts were confirmed—the counterfeit product, a faux Bleu Electrique, stood next to my authentic L’Homme from Nordstrom. Even cross-referenced with YouTube's spot-check videos on counterfeit caps. To make matters worse, the package arrived leaking, leaving me uncertain about its contents. A disappointing experience with questionable quality and authenticity.

This has left me frustrated and questioning the authenticity of their products and their customer service commitment.
