This was a nice move-everything went really well. The movers came right on time and were very kind and profissionel. Everything was finished within the time frame given, and the team kept me updated the whole time. The office staff helped me with all the paperwork needed for the duty free entry in Tel Aviv, Israel. The customer service before, during, and after the move was also really good. I got a call a week before the move to check on things, a message on the day of the move to let me know my drivers were coming, and another during the move to make sure all was well, then an email after. Very helpful and responsive!

She helped with permits, arranged for experts to crate my Steinway grand piano, and stuck to the agreed schedule. Her team took great care of my belongings, and everything arrived safely.
