I contacted support to understand AutoDS
I contacted support to understand AutoDS better and actually got real agents on chat. This stands out to me. Thanks for the effort and hard work.

All Clad cookware is really good (5 stars).
All Clad cookware is really good (5 stars). I own some fry pans that have lasted over ten years and still look and work like they’re brand new (I take care of my pans). BUT, I won’t be ordering from All Clad (SEB USA, Inc.) again (2 stars at most). I made an order on 01/10 and returned it on 01/23, but they didn’t give me a refund until 02/07, and that only happened after I emailed them about it. Also, returns aren't "FREE". I had to pay return shipping and lost 12% in the process. The pan I bought on Amazon from Pattern, an authorized All Clad seller, arrived the next day with free shipping and free returns – way faster than the weeks it took for the online order. Be careful when buying from All Clad online. They’ve added new lines, changed cookware designs, and newer lids might not fit older pans. Some photos still show old pan designs, and the descriptions didn’t mention the changes in the rims/lids. This caused me to return 3 times. SEB USA, Inc charged me for those returns, but Pattern/Amazon did not. Those returns were free.

We bought an outdoor stainless steel roasting pan
We bought an outdoor stainless steel roasting pan, but the steel was marked with discoloration and spots all over, including the top, bottom, and sides. The label on the pan also had stains that looked like food splatters. After multiple calls and emails, we finally spoke with someone who gave us a return label, but we were told we'd have to pay $9.95 for the return, and if the product wasn’t covered by the warranty, they would deduct another 30%. If you're set on buying All-Clad, it's better to go to a store where you can inspect the product or shop from Amazon, where returns are easier.

All Clad's customer service disappointed
All Clad's customer service disappointed me when I sent in my nonstick pan for evaluation. They quickly returned it, claiming wear and tear wasn't covered. They didn't listen to my explanation and assumed I mishandled it. They should support their products better, given the lifetime warranty.

I’m writing this to warn others about a fraudulent site
I’m writing this to warn others about a fraudulent site misusing their name. It’s all-clad.top. I can't believe I fell for their tricks. I hope all-clad.com takes serious steps to remove this fake site and stop them from scamming more people. They took more than $5000 from me. I felt like giving up because that was all the money I had. all-clad.top brought me so much stress and sorrow. I hope all those behind this scam face consequences. They and their families will suffer and wish they had never done this. Let this be a lesson.
