I have to express my utmost satisfaction with these folks! My crystal arrived just a week before Christmas, and the magic truly unfolded when the gift was unveiled. Witnessing the sheer joy and emotion on her face was priceless – there were even tears of happiness! The decision to immortalize her beloved dog in the crystal was absolutely spot-on. The result was nothing short of spectacular. It's not just a beautiful and unique gift; it's a cherished memory encapsulated in crystal perfection. We ordered a crystal for my mother-in-law to give to her son and his wife on their golden wedding anniversary. From the moment we made contact with the 3D artist via the chat facility on the 3DCrystal.com website, nothing was too much trouble. The artist assumed control of the whole process, producing the digital proofs, so we could see what the crystal would look like and, once we were completely happy, even placing the order for us. The crystal was despatched much more quickly than we had anticipated, and when we noticed a problem with the inscription, a new crystal was produced and despatched without any quibble and at no extra cost to us. We cannot recomend 3DCrystal.com highly enough to anyone who wants a high quality product backed up with wonderful customer service, and wouldn't hesitate to use the company again in the future.

Regrettably, there isn't a choice

Regrettably, there isn't a choice to grant 10 stars, otherwise, I would have done so. I've recently gotten my second 3D crystal from Johnsey, and the quality matched my first one perfectly. I'm really happy. This second order was for a pet who passed away years ago, so I only had a few low-quality images to choose from. Despite this, the result was fantastic. Johnsey was there from the beginning to the end, always quick to respond, ensuring I picked the right picture and everything was satisfactory before moving forward. I'll definitely use their services again and won't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

I didn’t see any examples on the site for what I wanted so I was really glad that he could make it. My idea, his design and creativity plus suggestions were great. I received good customer service from Johnsey. I had to spend more than £70 in one purchase to get the free keychain, but I only spent £64. I contacted them to ask if I could still qualify if I bought an extra item to reach £70, even though it meant two separate purchases. Johnsey responded quickly and handled my request very well. I gave it 4 stars because you need to keep it at eye level or higher to view it well. If you place it on a side table, you have to lean down or squat to see it. It’s almost like it was made at an angle. I’ve bought three crystals before this one, and they were all fine. If you put them on a counter or side table, you can look down and see the image without bending over or lifting it. Overall, they do a good job. I bought one from a different company, and it’s not as good as the 3D crystals. I would buy from them again.

Just tried this company for the first time. When my order arrived, all I got was a leaflet in an envelope, nothing else. I called them to explain, and they sent a new one the next day. Not sure what went wrong with the order, but I'm happy they fixed it quickly. Shoutout to Johnsey for the help.
