    Great.

    Sorry to be direct, but I just wanted to finish it quickly. Going through the process felt repetitive, and by the end, I was uninterested and rushed, resulting in numerous mistakes. I don't have a fix for this issue. How can you engage someone who's compelled to watch dull videos and listen to someone read material they've been doing for the past decade or more? I'm at a loss. And to think, I'll have to do it all over again in two years. Great.

    The company's service is easy

    The company's service is easy to use and well managed. I wasn't a fan of the time limit, which was set to 30 hours even though I finished reviewing all the necessary material and session quizzes a bit earlier. I had to go back and review sections again just to meet the 30-hour minimum. Apart from that, everything else was great and easy to understand.

    Easy to use

    The website/program is really easy to use. It's straightforward and the support team is great. I'd suggest it to anyone. The prices are fair and the manager and learner setups show your progress, completion, and/or your cert without any extra effort.
