The Flip Secrets has truly opened my eyes to a new world. I've been in residential construction for a decade and never realized there was so much support available for those wanting to get into flipping. The Flip Secrets has shown me how to handle my finances and provided all the tools I need to secure funding without spending my own money. The Flip family is always ready to help, and I'm constantly learning. Each project is different, and it's not always easy, but I enjoy the challenge. I join coaching calls every day, even if it's just to listen, because there's always something valuable to take away. Sam Jones has played a huge role in my journey and works hard for the whole team. But the most valuable part of the Flip Secrets is the community. We all connect, ask questions, listen, and support each other. I look forward to the day when I can look back and proudly say that The Flip Secrets is what helped me get where I am.

Well-structured, with many ways to interact with the community for help on any questions about flipping. They show a lot of care and are very patient, ensuring everyone’s questions are addressed. They even schedule additional calls just to make sure they have the time to share more insights.
