The product doesn't work!

I buy from other brands. There are so many of these mouth guards out there, it's a huge industry! They are super cheap to make in China and look at the prices they charge? They are all rip off companies. Keep your money and get... Inspire... No mouth guard, no mask, just sleep!

I can understand why so many others have complained about

I can understand why so many others have complained about ZQuiet's customer service and their clear failure to handle basic customer issues. After reading several reviews, I decided to cancel my order before my account was charged and before the product was shipped. However, ZQuiet still went ahead and charged my card and shipped the product anyway. I still haven’t gotten a response, just like many others who’ve complained about the same thing. I don’t want your product and made that clear in two emails to your help center. I will be returning the product once it arrives because it should never have been sent out.

Z quiet doesn't work, it's tough to keep these pieces in your mouth at night, I found myself gagging and resisting the gagging reflex. Also if you're not slobbering your mouth is very dry. I think that is not very natural to have a mouthpiece of the size and stiff in your mouth and try to go to sleep. Also I kept it for about a month or so to give it my best try then tried to return it and I could not. I would not recommend it as the snoring solution.

I tried this product, and unfortunately, it did not work for me. While I'm not saying it doesn't work at all, it simply wasn't effective in my case. I attempted to follow the refund process but have received minimal communication from the company. They were quick to take my money and ship the product, but resolving issues when the product doesn't work seems to be a slow process. I feel like they are not fully standing by their guarantee of the product. Be cautious—if this product doesn't work for you, it might be challenging to get a refund based on their guarantee. I would not try this again.

It took more than two and a half weeks to arrive even though

It took more than two and a half weeks to arrive even though I paid for express delivery! That extra fee was nearly as much as the device, so I was really annoyed right from the start. I followed the instructions three times exactly, but this device simply won’t stay in my mount overnight. It’s supposed to keep your upper and lower jaw together, but there’s no chance it will ever do that! Don’t waste your cash—despite what the fancy video shows, it doesn’t work. It’s total junk. I seriously doubt I'll get my money back from these cheating fools.
