    We do a lot of calls overseas, and Zadarma has really helped us save quite a bit. The prices are much better than what we used to pay with our old provider, and the sound quality is still really good. I can’t tell the difference between calling someone nearby or far away. It's made keeping in contact with our clients around the world a lot simpler and more budget-friendly.

    This customer service experience was really disappointing. I inquired about their WhatsApp Business support, and the response was unhelpful, just saying, "Ask them I don't know." Even after I pointed out a resource on their own site that could help clarify, the response was indifferent, just asking if there was anything else they could do. It's frustrating when customer service doesn't even introduce themselves or ask how they can assist. It reflects poorly on the company's professionalism. This experience with Yan alone has pushed me to look for alternatives. No matter how much a company spends on advertising, one unhelpful interaction like this can make them seem inexperienced and untrustworthy. It's clear that if I encounter any issues in the future, their customer service won't have the ability or willingness to assist.

They nonchalantly disconnect existing numbers and promise refunds without any justification. In fact, the only useful advice from their support was to seek services elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reliable company.

    I've been using the free version of the CRM

    I've been using the free version of the CRM for a couple of months now. Today, I tried to log in but was locked out. The support team told me that "You haven't paid for the PBX." There’s nothing in their terms of service that mentions I need to pay for PBX to use the free version of their CRM.

    Після створення акаунту необхідно купити віртуальний номер. Але все починає псуватися на етапі оплати. Мінімальний термін оплати - 3 місяці. Після оплати документи, які ти надіслав, не підходять, навіть якщо їх добре фотографувати. Причина - низька якість зображення. Висновок: гроші забрали, номер не надали. ШАХРАЇ. Бот постійно посилає одні й ті ж посилання.
