I have had a really positive experience with David

I have had a really positive experience with David and Clare during my L3 yoga course. They are very approachable, caring, and really know their stuff. They always offer extra support when needed and make sure to understand you as a person. They guide you carefully through each part of the course. Although they set high expectations, they help you meet them. Liz, one of my assessors, was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable right from the start. Completing this course has made me feel confident, with a solid base to continue growing as a teacher. I took the online course, and I believe it offers great value for money.

5 star. Amazing, supportive and helpful. We had to withdraw from the course due to health issues. YMCAfit were very helpful, understanding and refunded half of our course fee... A wonderful course with wonderful people and Yoga teachers. Annie is a lovely soul and a fantastic Yoga teacher.

Very helpful and the info is useful. Great in-person experience, especially when so much is online now. I’d suggest this course to trainers, martial artists, and fitness experts.

My experience with this company has

My experience with this company has been okay until I reached the point where I requested my deposit back and my certificates. I completed the course in August, and I only got my deposit back in December, but still no certificate, even though I've contacted them multiple times. They haven’t been able to provide proof that it was sent and keep asking for more money to send it again. It's been a long wait since August… I feel let down!

The customer service is not great

The customer service is not great, and I wouldn't suggest beginning any training with this company. I am still waiting for my refund since I couldn't start because of their Terms & Conditions. I have sent two emails about my refund, but neither was answered. I know that refunds can take up to 21 days, but I believe it could be processed quicker under certain circumstances. I have explained my situation twice to speed things up, but still, nothing. The customer service is not good. I should have checked reviews before making my payment.
