I'm still waiting for a response

At Wyshbox, the application process was relatively easy. However, when I wanted to add accidental death coverage to my term life insurance policy, things got confusing. I inadvertently ended up with just an accidental death policy and couldn't make changes or go back. The chat support was unhelpful, being a robot, and there was no phone number for assistance. I reached out via email about my term life policy and I'm still waiting for a response. Hoping for a resolution soon.

Seems like I can't get into my account. When I try to reset my password, it takes me back to the sign-up page. It's asking for the same information I've already provided. Absolutee worst functionality from

Absolutee worst functionality from this so-called "professional" service. My payment failed mysteriously, compounded by the fact that I'm overseas without my password. Attempts to reset it through a provided link proved futile despite their assurance of a fix. The reset process simply spins endlessly, despite having excellent service. Facing potential coverage loss due to their ludicrous system and woeful lack of assistance. A firm thumbs down for Wysh; if this is their performance now, envision the chaos during a coverage need. Avoid at all costs.

My experience with WYSH was incredibly disappointing. Despite following all their instructions, they refused to refund my money. To make matters worse, my account was locked without any notification. Customer service was unhelpful, claiming there was no higher authority to address my concerns. Resorting to involving my bank, I discovered WYSH hadn't even contacted them. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, as my attempt to voice my concerns publicly was met with censorship.

I visited this company for life insurance. I have multiple sclerosis, so I expected my rate might be higher. They didn't outright decline to insure me; instead, they showed me a possible rate, asked health questions, then offered accident insurance without further mention of life insurance. If, like me, you're waiting to hear a final decision on life insurance and end up purchasing accident insurance, canceling it can be quite a hassle.
