    To start, the cabinets came earlier than

    To start, the cabinets came earlier than I thought, which was good. The delivery company (not Worthington) came during a snowstorm and one of the cabinets had significant damage - the box was dented a bit but the cabinet inside was quite dented. Worthington was good - I sent a photo and they ordered a new one the next day. It arrived two weeks later (in good condition) - they were really nice and helpful. I will get more cabinets from them for my garage now!

    I didn't get the chairs I ordered

    I didn't get the chairs I ordered but the service was great once I contacted the company. Adejumoke (Jumie) Olaibi, the Customer Service Rep, really helped fix everything. He kept me informed through the whole process, even when I had to change the delivery day because I'd be out of town. He gave good customer service.

    I've never bought from Worthington Direct before, and they were great to deal with! From asking for a quote to fixing my mistake with the order, I could talk to a real person right away. No automated messages, just a real person.

    The company makes ordering straightforward. The prices were surprisingly good. The customer service was really good, they even called to check the address to ensure the delivery went smoothly.
