nice people and decent.
nice people and decent. said they’d send a email to finish the trade for my stuff so I could get paid – it’s Friday (1 May) now and still no money come through for the things I gave in. not great, espeshally since I bought another camera from Wex.

I bought a used camera for a good price.
I bought a used camera for a good price. It was packed carefully and sent out quickly. I also had another experience, purchased a used lens, but it wasn’t sent at all. Had to reach out and learned that it was already sold, a mistake with updating their system. Customer service and communication were good. Overall, happy with the experience.

Had bought a few lenses from Wex before so I saw them as a reliable company. Wanted to get a used Cannon camera for my grand daughter and chose the same Cannon model I’ve used over 25 years. The camera and lense turned up when expected and looked very well kept, also came with a camera battery I hadn’t thought about? I could charge it as I already owned the charger for that battery. When I saw that Wex didn’t list that charger anymore, I got in touch with a Wex advisor and learned you don’t stock a matching charger at all, whether new or used, which sort of makes the camera no use. I get that Wex might not carry old chargers but feel like a good charger should be easy enough to get and sold with the camera or atleast tell people when they won’t be getting one. With how many second hand Cannon cameras are being sold, it makes sence to also offer a charger for them. E Oswick
