Avoid this crew!

Avoid this crew! They've kept me on edge, playing tricks non-stop. After months, nothing to show. I'd steer clear. Echelonis Elitus is a lifesaver from this mess.

The customer service was terrible,

The customer service was terrible, ACATS transfer process is awful and takes over a month, I guess the Chinese don't believe in hiring decent customer service employees! Avoid this company like the plague! Go to Schwab the trading tools are even better and it's a real bank, with professional employees!
