I was not happy with the server's performance at all. There were many issues that I had never faced with other hosts before. First, I couldn't install cpanel – Ubuntu didn’t work, and Alma Linux was blocking everything (as per support). The only choice was CentOS, but it will be discontinued soon. After 3 days of trying different things, they finally managed to install cpanel on Linux. However, the server kept crashing and blocking processes. From what I understand, their servers' hypervisor is not very good. My back-end developer suggested I move to a more reliable host, which I did. I lost $70, but it could have been $800 if I had paid for a whole year. Unlike other hosts, they don’t offer refunds when their infrastructure doesn’t work for you, even if you only used it for 4 days. If you want to try them, I’d recommend going with the cheapest option just in case it doesn’t work out.
