In emails, they use misleading finrarecoverydepartment.com and say they’re Finra approved, but a Finra search shows no such authorization. Claims to be from Montreal, Canada.

When I asked more questions, they were eager to end the call. Their emails came from an address that didn’t match up with any FINRA-authorized company I could find. They said they were based in Montreal, but the Trustpilot link led me to a completely different company in Denver. A woman named Claudia Marie King contacted me, claiming to be from a Canadian firm, yet her FINRA registration was linked to a company in Dallas. She even sent a UK passport pic and spoke English with a French accent. Super sketchy experience.
