    Rip off/nightmare

    Very disappointed with Vivelacar. I've rented 3 cars from them, 2 cars came already with soonroutine service requirement. When handing back the first one, Vivelacar charged me over 800 Euros for a small scratch on the car rim. The third car was a complete disappointed as it kept draining the battery and the only God knows through what type a hell I went through every morning and Vivelacardidn'ttake any responsibility for this problemexcept tellingme to schedule service appointmentat the dealership even ifI visitedservice appointmens 5 or 6 times waiting my time. On top of that, they are charging me over 900 Euros for the scratches made on a plastic door panel made by the shoe whe you are existing the vehicle. I found this part online with the price less than 200 Euros. This is a complete ripp off. Will not recommend to deal with them.

    Ich habe eine äußerst negative Erfahrung mit ViveLaCar gemacht. Mein Auto wurde zwei Tage lang in einer Werkstatt festgehalten, weil ViveLaCar nicht gezahlt hat, und trotz zahlreicher Versuche haben sie das Problem nicht gelöst oder mein Geld zurückerstattet. Außerdem habe ich, als ich ein Auto bei ihnen gekauft habe, sofort bezahlt, aber zwei Monate später warte ich immer noch auf mein Zertifikat 2 und musste einen Anwalt einschalten. Der Service war unprofessionell und frustrierend. Ich würde dringend davon abraten, ViveLaCar zu nutzen.

    Starke Angebote, starker Service, doch man merkt, dass sie sich noch in einem starken Wachstumsprozess befinden, wodurch einige Abläufe nicht ganz so glatt laufen. Entweder man kann das akzeptieren oder nicht. Die Idee, die Leistung und die Umsetzung verdienen meiner Meinung nach eine hohe Bewertung. Meine Erfahrung zeigt, dass der Service freundlich und entgegenkommend ist und die Rückgabe problemlos ablief. Auch das neue Fahrzeug war in gutem Zustand. Deshalb eine klare Empfehlung.

    Ich möchte die Firma loben. Anfangs war ich etwas unsicher, da es einige negative Bewertungen gab, habe es aber trotzdem versucht, weil die Auswahl der Fahrzeuge prima ist. Ich bin jetzt seit einigen Monaten Kunde und habe vor kurzem sogar ein Fahrzeug gewechselt, weil mir ein anderes besser gefallen hat. Bisher gab es keine Schwierigkeiten. Die Beantragung des Fahrzeugs über die Webseite verlief reibungslos. Bestätigung kam innerhalb eines Tages. Auch vor der Lieferung wurde ich zwei Tage vorher von der ausliefernden Firma kontaktiert, um Details abzustimmen. Alles in Ordnung, einschließlich der monatlichen Rechnungen.

    Der Ablauf bei meiner Anmeldung war klar und schnell, das Auto war neu und wurde pünktlich geliefert. Ich hatte zwar kleine Probleme mit dem Kilometerpaket, aber der Kundenservice hat freundlich reagiert und alles zeitnah geklärt. Insgesamt fühlte ich mich gut betreut.

    Ich bin seit fast einem Jahr Kunde. Es gab kaum Probleme, abgesehen davon, dass ich manchmal lange auf Rückmeldungen warte. Die Fahrzeuge sind meist sauber und zuverlässig, aber gewisse Prozesse (z. B. Rückzahlung der Gutschrift) dauern zu lange.
