Comfortable ride, clear updates
Booked Toronto to Montreal in economy. The site showed seat maps and clear fare rules. Train was comfortable and on time. Service alert emails were helpful during a storm. Agents at the station were courteous. I'd appreciate clearer Wi-Fi details when selecting fares.
