Verde casino asked for my identification details and I provided them, but it felt odd when they requested my card information and a photo of my passport. I shared part of the information, but now it has taken far too long for them to verify my identity. I use my own money to play, and when I win, they let me withdraw some of the money, but now it seems like they are holding on to the rest. It seems like a suspicious site. They also wanted photos of my card’s front and back, but there are sensitive details that I shouldn’t be sharing. This gives the impression that they are trying to take my money. I can tell I'm not the only one facing this issue.

I wish I could give this company a negative rating. They claim that withdrawals under 499 EUR don't need verification and should be completed within 2 days. However, all I get is "wait, wait, wait," and they have denied my requests twice. It feels like they are just stalling, and I still haven't received my money back. I would recommend staying away from them.
