David Mayer did a great job. At first, I had some doubts about the company because the price they gave me (500 to ship a car from Austin to San Diego) seemed a bit low. But David kept his word and made sure everything went well. The car pickup went smoothly, and David kept me informed every day with calls and texts. The truck driver was also very friendly and easy to trust.

I had a 69 Beatle shipped from organ to san Jose ca. after being misled by multiple bait and switch brokers I was able to locate Max at USA CarShip INC. Max gave me a true one compatible fixed price... I will defiantly recommend USA to anyone shipping a vehicle.

I've been dealing with Finn from USA

I've been dealing with Finn from USA Carship, and I must say, he's really nice. He took the time to explain everything to me patiently when I needed to transport a car I bought from another state. He made the whole thing pretty simple. He sorted out all the arrangements with the driver and the dealership. The car got to me just two days after it was picked up, which was great because I didn't have to wait forever. The driver was friendly too and took good care of the car, treating it like his own. Overall, thanks to Finn and the folks USA Carship works with, the whole transportation process was smooth sailing. I'd definitely recommend them, especially if you can work with Finn!

First, we agreed on a price, but

First, we agreed on a price, but the broker kept trying to get me to agree to paying more. I refused. He told me they were options. Options to pay more? The driver arrived, and his trailer was in extreme disrepair. I should have never shipped my $80k new car with cars loaded that were totaled. My car arrived with over $3600 in bodywork damage. The driver pretended to cry and said there was no damage after he initially claimed there was none. The Tesla has 7 cameras that recorded everything. They said they would give me $500 for a damaged Tesla. I have retained counsel and will be pursuing legal action at my loss in the end, but it's the only way to stop companies that operate like this. The driver would not provide his CDL as he didn't have one. He did have insurance paperwork, but the company, not the insurance, refused to cover anything but $500. This is a broker and not an actual shipper. They will use cheap drivers with damaged equipment to ship your vehicle, and they will not pay for the damage they cause.

Steer clear of this company! We handed over a deposit enticed by their reasonable quote and assurance of a timely car pickup. However, on the appointed day, they claimed a lack of drivers, pushing the pickup to the next day. Subsequently, they cited a customer's family tragedy as the reason for further delay. Faced with a string of excuses, we had no choice but to seek an alternative service. Despite their failure to uphold their end of the agreement, they adamantly refused to return our deposit. To make matters worse, when my daughter posted a negative review, they unprofessionally bombarded her with calls and harassment. Avoid at all costs!
