I accidentally deleted my website y2sol.com from my VPS, and the last backup I had was over a month old. Although it wasn't UltaHost's responsibility and recovery services weren't included in my package, Paul from UltaHost managed to recover my VPS using a backup that was only 2 days old. Thanks to his efforts, all my data was restored, and my website is now fully operational again. This experience truly highlights the exceptional customer service at UltaHost. L1 chat support is pretty much like any other L1 support

L1 chat support is pretty much like any other L1 support – they don't fix much. However, tickets are resolved quickly and as expected. I received the wrong bare metal config, but they refunded me. After that, I switched to their VDS option – and I’m a content customer in 5 locations (JNB, SIN, GRU, IST, TYO).

Their support and expertise are unparalleled!
