The first dispatcher I spoke with told me that they couldn't fulfill the contract because of pricing. The company gave me a reasonable quote. However, the next day, the original dispatcher called again and said the car would be picked up in less than an hour. I called and messaged the company I had signed the contract with less than 24 hours later to request a refund. They told me there was a cancellation fee of $150. I spoke with David and explained the situation. He told me that no services had been provided, so they would only charge me the $100 reservation fee as the cancellation fee. He said they wouldn't take the extra $50 and would send me the cancellation contract.
