The company was inactive (server migration)
The company was inactive (server migration) from early June to September. That’s alright, they kept us informed. They mentioned that if a customer has a negative balance, they reset it for the customer and set the balance back to the starting point. The issue came from Topten (I’m not sure how they decide) some clients with negatives got a fresh start (positive) while others, like me, were left with a negative balance. I reached out to support, but sadly with no results, they just said that the fix is not possible. It’s curious that in some cases a fix is possible, and in others, it isn’t. Three months without an account I paid for, and absolutely no kind gesture from the company towards the client.
