I decided to send an email to Topper Support, and they replied saying that they usually process transactions quickly, but sometimes things like network issues or high demand cause delays. Worst support ever

Worst support ever. They asked for ID and other personal info and at end block account. When I asked what a reason the answer was 'we will block future attempts of creating account' I need it fast buy SOL when I was on trip. Until now I don't know why they block account before first transaction.
