I’m just getting started with TodayTix

I’m just getting started with TodayTix and ran into a problem with one of my orders (totally my fault). I used the help chat and got in touch with Alejandra. It was a really good experience and the customer service was great. I had to deal with the theater, which couldn’t help, so I reached out again to Alejandra. She went the extra mile and helped me resolve everything. Great service and easy ticket access. TodayTix is a winner for me and will be my first choice for any Broadway plans from now on.

I had a bit of a tough time when a friend

I had a bit of a tough time when a friend couldn't attend Stranger Things: The First Shadow, something they were really looking forward to. This happened because of a tragic accident on a train line between Durham and London Euston. I reached out to TodayTix support to ask about a refund, and Alex was really helpful. Alex responded quickly, worked to find a solution, and provided a good customer experience. I'll definitely be telling my friends and family about TodayTix and Alex.

Because of some changes at home, I had to cancel theatre tickets at the last moment. It was during a Bank Holiday, and I struggled with the App, maybe because I was a bit worried. I left a message explaining my issue, and Arianne got back to me with easy instructions to cancel the tickets since I had insurance. I got my money back and also received a voucher to rebook later. This App is realy good, and so was Arianne.

I bought tickets on TodayTix but couldn't use

I bought tickets on TodayTix but couldn't use them due to a change in my plans. Cassian, my rep, was great! She quickly transferred the tickets to TT credits, which I used when I got back. I'd suggest TodayTix to friends for a good experience.

TodayTix's customer service was good. They fixed my theater ticket problem fast and assisted with using a voucher for a show overseas. They were nice, helpful, and made it simple. I suggest TodayTix for easy ticket buying.

Prompt response from Finnian after

Prompt response from Finnian after I asked to swap tickets for a wrong date. The code worked and I could change tickets—very glad. Everything went well and Finnian sent another email to confirm the exchange.

I made a mistake with my ticket and chose the wrong date. Unfortunately, the AI assistant failed, blocking me right before I could get help. AI assistants shouldn't replace humans, especially when they don't work right! Nevertheless, LJ helped me out and did a fine job. Thanks a lot for that!!! The show was amazing, and I’m very glad we sorted out my issue. Thanks a ton.

After a tricky start to my chat with someone else, Alex stepped in and saved the day, helping me fix my wrongly placed order to a night I would actually be in London! It was all my fault, but I'm really grateful Alex reached out to the theatre and managed to sort out my problem!

Not sure if tickets were really discounted

Not sure if tickets were really discounted—they didn’t seem to be. Also, there was a discount code—QUEENS25 to save $25 at checkout but there was no spot to enter it at checkout. Very anoying to get that far and no chance to use the code.

**** got scammed

I bought a ticket in the show had a cast change and I was informed that afternoon in an email. I was sightseeing and I only had until that day 25 June to fill out a form to get a voucher valid for an entire year. As of the next day, no voucher no refund no nothing. Impossible reach anybody talk to anybody text anybody. Even AI stopped responding after I kept asking for a refund. This is by far the worst I lost $487.

Zero customer service

Tickets not received. I left my number with no call back. Then I spent over four hours on hold, only to be disconnected. Web site was useless.
