I’m just getting started with TodayTix and ran into a problem with one of my orders (totally my fault). I used the help chat and got in touch with Alejandra. It was a really good experience and the customer service was great. I had to deal with the theater, which couldn’t help, so I reached out again to Alejandra. She went the extra mile and helped me resolve everything. Great service and easy ticket access. TodayTix is a winner for me and will be my first choice for any Broadway plans from now on.
