On the 30th of April, I purchased a key for the Xbox Game Pass on PC, but I didn’t redeem it straight away since it was a non-stackable code and I had to wait for my subscription to end. Yesterday, I decided to use the code I bought, only to find out that someone in Poland had already redeemed it on the 5th of May. I contacted support, and after providing proof that I could not have redeemed the code, they gave me a replacement key within 12 hours. Great customer service and a very understanding merchant who resolved the issue quickly.

I bought the same game two times and both keys didn’t work because they were already used by someone else. The customer service asks for screenshots of everything, which I think is fair. But they also want me to contact steam support to check when the key was used... I don’t think it’s my job as a buyer to figure out what happened with the key. I paid for something I never got. So either give me a new working key or give my money back. Instead, I am wasting hours trying to fix this... I just wanted to play the game, not do their job!

After they took the money they didnt release the gift card and asking for verification and submitted waiting for hours now And after that they rejected my verification pictures and refinded the money to my driffle wallet which i cant use to get crypo and cant use at all because they do not like my verification also they didnt respond to me neither on email facebook massneger anywhere The amount is 440 dollars which they refunded 416 because as it turnes out the refund is excluded there fees whch litterly they tookk to steal me

They asked me for my ID card and a selfie with the date and name just for a purchase of some games? wtf....first time in my life. Lets see if they give my money back which i doubt....
