The entire process, from signing up to receiving certification, was seamless. I highly recommend this program to anyone seeking quality instruction and smooth certification procedures.

My experience with the CSPO

My experience with the CSPO training under Mark Palmer was really great. Mark is really open, friendly, and helpful when it comes to explaining the Product Owner role. The two-day course was interesting, enjoyable, and made me think a lot. It's obvious that Mark knows a lot about this topic and is very skilled at teaching it. If Mark is teaching another course, I'd definitely sign up for it without any doubts.

If you're looking to get your CSM certification, I highly recommend Rick Waters. I didn't know much about scrum mastery before taking his class, but Rick's teaching really helped me understand it better. I liked how Rick interacted with the class, especially when he used breakout groups. His visual teaching style, making complicated stuff easier to understand, made learning fun.

The Scrum principles were clear and well implemented during the training. By the end, the class grasped the basics of Sprints, such as the agility framework, self-organization, and simplicity. If you're thinking about taking the Scrum Master course, I strongly suggest Mr. Mark Palmer as your teacher.

Thikloder was great! Aaron was very helpful and made things easy to understand. I passed CSM on the first try thanks to his real-world examples. I'd recommend Thikloder to anyone. I'm planning to take A-CSM next.
