The crew at TFX was awesome!
The crew at TFX was awesome! They were very friendly and quick to get back to me. I needed to ship a car from Montreal to Toronto. Everything went well and they handled the car carefully. The office team was so helpful, keeping me updated and answering all my questions along the way. The drivers were gentle with the car and made sure the inside was safe during the move. I was happy with their service. Great prices too!

This was our first time using a specialized transport service. From the initial request for a quote to arranging the pickup and drop-off, everything went smoothly. The staff was very helpful, and our driver Steve was fantastic. He was polite and professional!

Everyone has options. Do what suits you best. It all began with an e-quote I received from VP Adam Horodnyk. I thought, this seems alright. I got back and asked a few questions. No response. I waited a couple of days, then sent another email. Still no answer. Finally, I called and was told Adam was in a meeting and to send all the details for pickup and delivery. I sent a long email explaining everything, and this was the response I got from VP Adam: "within a month." That was it. No greeting, no thank you for the email, not even a capital letter at the start of the simple sentence, just "within a month." As I said, we all have choices, and maybe your experience will be better, but for me, I won’t deal with a company that replies this way, especially from the VP. Best of luck with your shipping.
