Telnyx is a solid VOIP provider.

Telnyx is a solid VOIP provider. After my Twillio account got hacked (a whole other mess), I decided it was time to move. I knew about Telnyx for a while but never had a reason to switch untill now. Their platform looks really nice, the documentation is super helpful, and support responds quickly. I only had a couple small issues, but they were taken care of fast so I could get set up. At the moment, I have no real complaints. That doesn't mean Telnyx is flawless, but right now they are doing a greay job.

The service is simple to integrate with a decent API

The service is simple to integrate with a decent API, and the dashboard is fairly easy to use. Connectivity has been stable across different regions in North America. However, their customer support has some issues with handing off between agents, which means when problems arise, you have to explain the issue over and over. We had to tell them to revisit what had already been communicated.
