I’m glad the application process was simple, even though it took some time to receive the phone because of bad weather. I’m thankful for the service, and the activation was straightforward. The application process was easy enough
The application process was easy enough, I got approved, but I never got any emails from TAG with my tracking number. Still haven't received my phone OR SIM card... Then just yesterday, I got an email from TAG MOBILE saying my account will be deactivated if I don't start using my service soon.

Other than the fact that you sent me just a sim card when i clearly needed a phone WITH a sim card... it doesnt help me to just have the sim card. You switched me from my old carrier and now im stuck. NO PHONE AND MAD
