I have encountered some issues with a new domain that I recently hosted on Stablehost. Unfortunately, the mail functionality hasn't been working since the beginning. Moreover, the tests I conducted from my account, also hosted on Stablehost, seem to be stuck in a queue. Consequently, I am unable to send emails due to my domain exceeding the maximum defers and failures per hour allowed. This has led to all messages being discarded, affecting the communication from my company.
The support responses from Stablehost have been notably slow, with considerable delays in their replies. Additionally, they have a tendency to close tickets prematurely, even when the problem hasn't been resolved, which can be quite frustrating. It took four days after initially reporting the issue for it to be escalated, and I am still uncertain whether anyone is actively addressing the problem. As a result, I am contemplating whether I should transfer my accounts away from Stablehost.
