I had a couple of operator issues with the SpotOn collar, but the company's quick and helpful response resolved them efficiently. We also experienced a mechanical problem, and they promptly repaired and returned the collar. The collar has been invaluable in helping us know where our dog is and teaching her boundaries. Excellent customer service and a reliable product

Spot On's collar is effective for containing my dog around metal structures. It features safety zones that prevent him from escaping without correction. It's a good buy, especially during fireworks.

The collar is good, but has some issues.
The collar is good, but has some issues. It doesn't trigger near the big tree and the Bluetooth connection with the phone is bad. Apart from those, everything's fine.

I was really unsure about getting these SpotOn collars for my two Shepherds. We have over 50 acres of woods and fields, and I wanted to give them a good three-acre area to run free. One of our two dog
One of our two dog collars stopped working, and I was kind of worried about getting it fixed. But SpotOn totally came through. They replaced it, and a few days later, the new collar was at my door.
