I wish I had known about SocialSelf earlier in life.

I wish I had known about SocialSelf earlier in life. Growing up after high school, I had a hard time connecting with others and making friends. I often felt lost in conversations, not knowing what to say, worried about saying the wrong thing, and struggled with loneliness, anxiety, and stress. I thought I could handle it, but as I got older, it only seemed to get harder. I really wanted to know how to talk to people and improve my social life, but I wasn’t sure where to turn. Then my mom found this site, and it ended up helping me. When I first discovered SocialSelf, I checked out their free programs and articles. There was a lot of useful info, some of which I already knew, but there were also things I had never considered. I took a free quiz to see where I stood, and soon after, I got an email from David, the founder. He sent me helpful tips and shared useful advice about socializing. I was later offered a program that I didn’t know about. Honestly, I was hesitant at first, but I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. The first program I tried was "Awkward to Awesomeness." These step-by-step videos, created by David, his friend Victor, and the team, taught me how to talk with others, listen, and manage group conversations. One of the most helpful was "Self-Conscious to Self-Confidence." All the programs have been useful. Though I can't share everything here, I can say the course really changed my life. For example, when I reconnected with an old friend, I used to struggle with starting and keeping the conversation going. I would often freeze up, give short answers, and end things too quickly. After practicing with this course, I became much better at it, and my friend and I have grown much closer. It’s important to know that progress won’t happen overnight. Depending on where you are in your journey and your personal challenges, some things might come easier than others. It took me some time, especially being on the Autism Spectrum, but I could already see improvements. If you put in the time and effort, you’ll see results. The SocialSelf team is amazing! (Special thanks to Molly & Matthew!) They’re very friendly and supportive. The staff genuinely wants to help people with their social lives, because they’ve faced similar struggles themselves. I used to think there was no one who could help me, and it was starting to affect my health. But since joining SocialSelf, I feel much happier and more confident. There are still areas I’m working on, but I’ve come a long way. I definitely recommend giving it a try. Start with the free programs to see how they work for you. If they help, you can try the full courses. And if something isn’t right for you, you can switch programs, get a refund within 60 days, or contact the team for support. I really don’t know where I’d be without SocialSelf, but finding it has been a real blessing. Thank you, David, Victor, and the whole SocialSelf team for making this possible!

I'm a big fan of Social Self and highly recommend it!

I'm a big fan of Social Self and highly recommend it! I think it’s a great choice, and the programs have had a major impact on me. A few things I like: -The Content (most important!!!): fresh *NEW* ideas and viewpoints that actually work, clear and concise delivery (this is super important to me), valuable teaching that feels good, with very little extra fluff (I can't stand fluff). For me - genuinely transformative. I learned more in my first course, Fast Friend Protocal, than I have in the last 20-25 years (mid-forties now and this area has always been a bit of a challenge). The Company: I was quite wary making my first purchase due to all the scams and junk out there nowadays. However, my worries were completely misplaced here. The content arrived quickly, the layout is straightforward, the portal is easy to use, and the tech is solid. There was one time I ran into a problem, and the SS team was very responsive, friendly, and helpful - another great aspect I value but find rare these days. -The Community: I can think of very few places that truly have a good Community- and I feel this one does (which I didn’t expect). There are podcasts with excellent material (which supports the overall investment), and Community calls to get everyone involved. The team is very responsive, individually encouraging, and supportive which I think is fantastic 👌 I started by joining the email list and checking out the free "Masterclass" which I really liked. I then bought Fast Friend Protocol and loved it. I’ve since invested in several other courses/packages because I truly feel the value is there. Overall, I think this company does everything right.

Social Self has been very helpful for me on my growth journey.

Social Self has been very helpful for me on my growth journey. The first call I joined, I just listened and observed. I wasn’t ready to open up back then. A month later, I came back for another session, and it was hard to speak at first, but I pushed myself. What’s great about working with people at Social Self is how they accept everyone no matter where they are on their path. It’s a true safe space. So, if you’re thinking about trying this out, I strongly suggest it because it’s a place with no judgment. I can prove this because I was the kid who never talked in class or said anything. I waited for someone to listen to me. Now here I am, sharing my story about Social Self. Am I still a work in progress? Yes! The most important thing is showing up, even imperfectly, with a desire to grow. The people at Social Self really care about others and give you useful tools and steps to help you no matter where you are. I’ve also felt like I didn’t belong anywhere. I’m still trying to open up more, but with Social Self, I feel like I’m part of something. I can’t wait to see what’s next on this healing path. :)

Small things can change a lot.

Small things can change a lot. Like when someone adds a short comment or links it to what you said, it feels like you belong there. I usually listen more than I talk. I’ve always tried to fit into chats so others feel fine opening up to me, and I noticed how little things can also push people away. Even though I really wanted to get better at talking with others quickly, I couldn’t see what was missing. David helped me realize that making others comfy doesn’t mean you need to hide who you are or what you think. A good talk isn’t just letting the other person take all the space and you none. The course helped me see that both people build the talk together. It’s like a river where you have to swim too, not just stand on the side. Your own ideas, stories, and feelings also need to be part of it. I didn’t notice that before, even after spending years trying to get better at this. So this experiance meant a lot to me, and I recomend it to anyone who feels like something is missing when they talk with others.

I recently found SocialSelf through one of their interactive programs, the Authentic Attraction Club – a space for men seeking to better themselves and learn how to communicate more effectively with women to build meaningful, lasting relationships. It has been one of the safest and most encouraging places I've been part of, where men can openly discuss their struggles and challenges without fear of being judged. Mathew, the lead coach, has done a fantastic job in guiding the group. His leadership has allowed all of us to connect, grow, and improve our abilities. The program features weekly training calls with live roleplaying exercises, where we immediately practice what we've learned, alongside regular community discussions where we reflect on our progress and challenges. This community offers something rare these days: true masculine brotherhood. Since everyone is on a similar path of self-improvement, we've built strong, supportive relationships that have really helped my personal growth.

I’ve been doing the Awkward to Awesome course

I’ve been doing the Awkward to Awesome course and so far, it’s been really helpful. I’m still in the beginning stages but have already used some of the tips in my daily social interactions and seen some good results. It’s been great to find a course that matches how I feel in social situations and also to connect with others who think the same way. I also joined a Zoom session on "showing up authentically" recently, and it was a really good experience. Mathew, who led the session, created a safe and welcoming atmosphere. His approach was fun, caring, and supportive. I felt more at ease to be myself and left the session feeling good. I defintely recommend SocialSelf to anyone looking to boost their social skills, grow confidence, and connect in a more real way with others!

SocialSelf was the best choice I ever made in my life.

SocialSelf was the best choice I ever made in my life. Three years ago, I was feeling down, isolated, and struggling with a marijuana addiction. The lessons I learned through SocialSelf helped me not just deal with my social anxiety or learn how to talk to people, but also showed me how to create meaningful conversations that changed my life. After starting with SocialSelf, I joined Toastmasters and the National Speakers Association. In just three years, I went from having social anxiety to speaking in front of crowds. It didn’t just help me with social skills; it also helped me heal parts of my past. I highly recommend it.

I was struggling with low self-esteem and had trouble talking with people and making friends. My social anxiety and awkwardness made it hard to connect with new folks. After a quick search, I found Social Self, signed up for the emails, and decided to give it a try. I'm really happy I did. It offers useful info that's different from many other books on the subject. The staff is very supportive and keeps you updated on community calls and other helpful details. Thanks to this, I found it easier to start conversations with people. I feel optimistic and hope to keep improving with it.

This course (I am taking self conscious to confident)

This course (I am taking self conscious to confident) has helped me see that many others face similar challenges with social anxiety. Hearing people talk about their experiences here makes me feel more understood and less isolated. It’s good to know that these problems are more common than I thought. My main issue with the course is staying committed to it. I've found it hard to keep up in the last few weeks. I also think the price could be lower, but I understand how much effort the team puts into running the course and organizing events, etc.

    Thank you, SocialSelf.

The Self-Conscious to Confident course was definitely worth the money. And I could probably stop here with my praise... But I won’t. A piece of advice I received, which honestly worked – even I was surprised – came from one of their free emails – from David A. Morin (SocialSelf’s founder). Yes, a free email! That’s what I call good value for your money. Anyway... You won’t be disappointed with the insight you’ll gain from SocialSelf as you work on becoming a better version of yourself. Thanks again, SocialSelf.

This company is really great, run by a caring team focused on assisting people dealing with issues in social settings. The training resources are plenty, organized, and filled with helpful information. I've just finished one course, but I’m very happy with what I learned. Their weekly meetings, which are free for all, are a fantastic chance to learn and exchange stories with others. I honestly suggest becoming part of their community as a first step to bettering your life :)

SocialSelf helped me improve my social skills

SocialSelf helped me improve my social skills, especially when it comes to setting boundaries! Matthew ran a training session about boundaries and his advice was really good! I can now maintain my boundaries with some people I had trouble with before that session, and it has been such a relief! I'm so grateful for the help Matthew provided! I definitely recommend SocialSelf if you're looking for something that can really help you out. Wishing you all the best!

I had a really good time taking one of the SocialSelf courses! Each lesson is really short and gets straight to the point, which is great! The videos are around 2 - 5 minutes, so I can easily watch one whenever I have a few free moments. I also like that most videos have links to research studies, which lets me dive deeper into the topic if I want to! It's not often that I see footnotes with references, so I really value that. Thanks so much!

The intro masterclass was nice, but the cost of their products is really high. As a student, it’s important to build social skills to form good connections and grow as a person. However, buying these courses is not possible for me now because I can’t afford it. Asking for 4 thousand dollars is simply not right.

I’ve always had a hard time dealing with social anxiety. It felt like something invisible but heavy, making even simple conversations feel overwhelming. Social events were a real challenge for me, something I tried to avoid. When I came across SocialSelf, it seemed like something I could actually manage, with its personal touch, videos, and real conversations. It wasn’t too expensive, so I gave it a shot. I tried the 'Awkward to Awesome' program and started using what I learned. To my surprise, it worked—I had the best time in a conversation ever. Then the App was released, and I’ve really enjoyed using it too. The challenges, the coaches who seem to really care, and knowing I’m not alone in this struggle have been so helpful. The app helps keep me focused and consistent. I would highly recomend Social Pro to anyone who finds social situations tough.

I initially faced issues with the site, but these were due to slow servers that day. Those problems have been fully fixed. I haven't progressed far in my current course, so I can't comment on the lessons yet, but the customer service is very good. They haven't rushed to expand too quickly, so when there is an issue, support reaches out personally and resolves it. This is something larger companies often skip, so I was impressed! Moreover, if you choose to try a course and it doesn't work out, as long as you request a refund within the specified time, it's processed very quickly. In other words, it really is risk-free. An added bonus: you can switch to a different course if the current one isn't right.
