My experience with ShipGo was very good.

The website is simple and easy to follow. I got my shipping papers ahead of time, and the instructions were clear and simple. The pick-up was on time, and the delivery was fast. The only issue I had was the limit on what I could pack in my bags. I hope ShipGo adds a better option that covers more HTS numbers for personal stuff like bath or health products. I would gladly pay more for that. In general, I suggest ShipGo for anyone looking for a reliable shipping service.

The politeness and expertise of your staff was comforting; just what anyone wants when sending precious items internationally! I must admit, the printing part of the documents felt a bit tricky, but eventually, I managed it! The whole process took longer than I had first expected, but on the bright side, my two bags showed up a day and a half before the promised delivery time, which was nice. The email letting me know they arrived was very helpful. Thanks a lot.

We recently relocated from Las Vegas to Fort Lauderdale and sent some extra things with them. The prices were very reasonable, and the Customer Service was excellent each time we called with a question. This was much less expensive than buying extra baggage from the airline and gave us more weight than the airline permits. We sent big suitcases and golf clubs. Our stuff got here even before the expected date. Everything arrived in good shape.

Super simple. I would definitely choose ShipGo again. The instructions were really easy to follow. I bought a few label pouches from Amazon for $9. Both UPS and FedEx offer a way to attach labels, but I preferred the clear pouches. Pickup was smooth and dropping off was no problem. There's no way I could’ve carried those two heavy, oversized bags through large airports.

I went with ShipGo since it saved me almost half the price compared to using one of the big delivery companies. I just had to send my box one way, and it all went smooth with no issues at all. I still used a major carrier in the end, and they didn’t treat me any diffrent when I handed over the box. I’d defintely go this way another time.

Arrived right on schedule! The only issue was the lovely lady who collected our bags at the Miami cruise terminal didn't speak English. We had a ship staff member help with translation.

Shipment came much earlier than expected.

Shipment came much earlier than expected. It was nice, but nobody was around to get it. I'll fix the timing on my side next time. The package had been opened and searched through, yet nothing was missing, and the person who opened it taped it back up. Really strange. We've used Ship Go for 3 years now and like the service, especially for sending stuff ahead for college move-in and other things.

The boxes showed up a day ahead, which was better than I thought. Everything was still packed and fine. However, a few issues: a lot of boxes were damaged when I got them, though they were fine before. Also, it looked like someone fiddled with the locks on my suitcases since they were all set to 0-0-0 before shipping.
