    I wouldn't recomend this company.

    I wouldn't recomend this company. The delivery service is terrible. They put a heavy 100lb porcelain toilet halfway up my stairs, and the bottom is barely supported, blocking my whole entry. As someone with a disability, I can’t move it myself, and the plumber won’t come for another week, so I'm stuck inside my house. The company says they’re not at fault because there were no delivery notes, so they think it was delivered right. But it's unsafe to leave a huge box in the middle of the stairs like that. It shouldn’t take a note to know where the package should go. I’m really angry. If you want your products delivered, pick another company, because this is the mess customers have to deal with, and it will end up being expensive and make your business look bad.

    Delivery was done by someone who seemed not to be from here. He asked me to sign on a gadget that showed everything in Spanish. The man did not speek English. If they ever bring me something again, I will cansel my order and get it from another place.

    This company is by far the worst I have dealt with. They pay next to nothing, that's their whole deal. I highly recommend staying away from doing any work for these jokers! You’d earn more money begging outside their office!

    This company is honestly the worst I've dealt with. They pay next to nothing, that's their whole deal. I’d recommend staying far away from working for these jokers! You could earn more just begging outside their office!

    I would give this company a negative 5 stars if I could. This has been a complete mess. I placed an order through Lowe’s for same-day delivery, but it’s been two days and still no order. The company isn’t answering the phone for Lowe’s reps. My project is supposed to start tomorrow and I have no delivery. The order status just says “delayed.” I paid for same-day delivery, but Lowe’s won’t refund me until the order arrives. This is costing me money. Lowe’s is awful with both in-store and home deliveries. They really need to redo their whole delivery system. There’s no customer service at all, whether in-store or online. You’re basically stuck with whatever Lowe’s decides to do. Be prepared to waste at least 3 hours of your day for a week just to end up with a canceled order. Lowe’s and One Rail have just wasted my time and money. Awful!!!!

    One rail brought an item I ordered from Lowe’s.

    One rail brought an item I ordered from Lowe’s. My address is house #420, but the driver dropped it off at house 305, even though the houses are clearly marked. I ended up losing my item, and neither Lowe’s nor one rail helped me fix the problem! After two days of asking around the neighborhood, I finally found it. This was the most ridiculous delivery I’ve had!
