The experience with this service has been disappointing

The experience with this service has been disappointing. Despite repeated attempts to cancel, they continue to send collection letters. There have been instances where the alarm went off without any response from their end, raising concerns about their monitoring service. The lack of communication and disorganization indicate a questionable business practice. Overall, it's been a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience, and I would not recommend their services.

Avoid this Colorado Springs office. You'll have a troublesome district manager (K.F.) fixated on hitting "the numbers" for corporate. Co-workers and supervisors may smell like pot. No raises, thanks to "It's the Client, not Securitas." Expect weekly newbies; you might end up training them at your usual wage. Paycheck comes weekly; watch for errors. Look elsewhere; skip the application.

If there was a zero rating, I’d choose it. Horrible customer service. Normal wait time is 35 minutes to reach someone! Finally got through, and they said someone would call to set up a tech visit…never did. Back to waiting forever to contact someone again. Used to be with Stanley…now bought out by Securitas Canada. Avoid them!

Three months waiting for a tech to connect my doorbell camera to the new router. He finally came today, but spent ages on hold with his own tech department. Now my camera only works if the doorbell's pushed—no live recordings at all. Spent 1.5 hours on hold, getting transferred, and having calls dropped. I was so frustrated. But then, talked to the tech directly, and he seemed genuinely interested in resolving the issue. It's been 24 hours since his visit, and I'm cautiously optimistic. Despite all the hassle, today's techs were actually helpful and caring, which was a pleasant surprise.

When our 5-year contract ended, we got slammed with a cancellation fee. We had already paid for 6 months during COVID without any service after moving because they couldn't send anyone to install new equipment. Sent bank statements, talked to at least 5 reps, always on hold forever, and they kept saying it’s sorted. Still not resolved. This morning, waited 15 minutes just to get hung up on. This company’s customer service disappears once they have your money. Super frustrating.
