Up to now, my experience with the customer service
Up to now, my experience with the customer service team has been quite good. I contacted them about fixing my coffee machine, and they got back to me in a polite and friendly way. Dimitra, the person who helped me, was really nice and easy to talk to, she made me feel relaxed and cared for. She sorted out the problem fast and set up a no-cost pick-up from my place to send the machine to the repair center where they’ll handle the issue. I think it’s very helpfull. I liked their kind and useful support, and I feel okay continuing with everything.
